I am a male who will be turning 40 next year. Like everyone, I am experiencing more intense signs of aging than in the past. My concern is the bags and wrinkles under my eyes. i have those eyes like women from india.. i have dark pigment below my eyes and it makes me look always tired like i didn’t sleep well. i have also some deep wrinkles just below my lower lashes, and which the skin is so like dry and wrinkled..i’m only 25 and it’s making me look older than my true age…

Im 19 years old and i have a dry skin.And i’m suffering from under eye wrinkles n swelling under eye which makes me looks so old.Is it possible to prevent it or should it be done by a operation or something?I live in Sri Lanka,so i kindly ask what can i do to reduce swelling and wrinkles under my eyes ..

obviously stay moisturized and use unblock. The swelling you can use the old cold sliced cucumbers placed over the eyes or put a couple of spoons in the freezer at night and use them on your eyes in the morning. I’m talking about puffiness though, not "swelling". If its actual swelling it may be allergies. You shouldn’t need surgery at your age unless its an inherited trait. Have you always had puffy eyes?
As far as surgery.. they can fill your wrinkles… simply with a needle.. no surgery needed and you’ll be out the door right after. If you’ve got excessive fat deposits under your eyes they can be surgically removed but I wouldn’t recommend it at your age. Consult a dermatologist if you’re concerned.

You are probably dehydrated. Drink plenty of water, sleep with a humidifier at night, and be sure to moisturize around the eye area. I suggest Eye Believe by Cosmedix.

At 22 you should not have wrinkles. I really wish I could help you more but its hard to tell without seeing the wrinkles or knowing your skin care routine.
