these sound weird, but i read it years ago and tried them, if done on a regular basis (once or twice everyday), it’s awesome: 1. take your index fingers, stick them in your mouth, kind of like where walrus teeth would be, then use the muscles in upper lip area to pull toward mouth against fingers, and you plump out your laugh lines out (hold about a minute). 2. take your index fingers, place them right under your brow, then lift and hold about a minute. makes your eyes a little lifted. 3. and for then chin even though it’s not on your face…open your mouth a little, bottom jaw sticking out a bit more than top and use the neck, bottom jaw muscles to pretend to eat an apple that is above your head.
