Facial Exercises
I love defined cheekbones, and it really annoys me that i don’t have them, I realize you can create defined cheekbones with makeup, and i do this everyday, but i usually cannot be bothered to do this anymore, and would like actual defined cheekbones, without makeup
So is there any facial exercises that i am able to do, to create cheekbones? or do you know of any websites that can teach me some?! Please no mean comments xD thanks!! xo
Only if you lost a lot of weight and became super skinny because that would make any weight on your face go therefore your cheekbones would stick out. Honestly, your best bet is makeup.

Face Wrinkles
I have these huge big ugly lines around my mouth area?
They form like an oval or circle?
I smile ALOT, so that is probably why I have those lines on my face.
Any way on how to get rid of them? What are they called?
Please…I do not want to get surgery or buy any expensive weird ointments or anything like that.
What if I wash my face everyday, and then after wards put body lotion onto my face, will that help?
You are probably referring to smile lines and they are beautiful, no matter what you think!
Washing your face everyday should be a absolute routine part of your daily routine. Without fail. But unless you stop smiling the lines won’t go away.
Keep smiling. These lines are a lot more attractive than frown lines.

Facial Exercises
I have a really chubby face though I’m thin. Are there any exercises that could help me?
Facial Toning Exercise 1: Open your mouth wide as if you are ready to scream, spread wide your eyes, stare ahead; and then revert to original position. Do it five times. Then repeat it five times while moving your head to left and to right. Facial Toning Exercise 2: Press your forehead (near the hairline) with your fingers and rub it with backward motion. Lines on the forehead, if any, will disappear by smooth rubbing. Facial Toning Exercise 3: Open your mouth wide and slide back your head. Now, open and close your mouth while moving your jaw as if munching. This action of opening and closing your mouth gives a good exercise to your mouth and jaw. Do it ten times. Facial Toning Exercise 4: Sit in front of your mirror. Twist your lips inward. Puff your mouth with air inside it. Now, let there be a laugh on one half of your face once, and on the other half next. Do it ten times in all. It will smooth your cheeks. Facial Toning Exercise 5: Keep your face straight in front of a mirror. Press your teeth and spread your lips. Count ten and revert to normal pose. Do it ten times. Facial Toning Exercise 6: Twist lips, puff up cheeks with air in them, keep three fingers on each side and press slowly, without letting the air blow out. Remain in this pose for ten minutes. This is an effective exercise for cheeks and mouth.

Facial Exercises
I’m 37 and have been doing it since I was 19. I notice that when I don’t do it for a while my wrinkles get deeper and my skin sags. If it works for you do you use an electronic facial exerciser or the manual method? I use both. Just curious how its going for everyone else.
i went from a size 20 to a 16 and im still losing but i loathed my double chin, my mate gave me tips on jaw exercises with a tennis ball and its worked wonders my double chin no longer exists and its tightened my cheeks as well, my weight loss is now shown in my face, so yeah id say they work well

Facial Exercises
I have a couple of books. They claim that it will do wonders for your appearance. I am a little too inconsitent when I practice, but I wonder if anyone has had any success and visible results?
Back in highschool, my teacher taught us an exercise to tone our necks. It is the only one I know and it seems to work, for I do not have sagging neck.
Steps:
1. sit up straight
2. look straight up into the ceiling
3. open and close your month slowly (like a fish) andd stretch your neck muscle
4. move your head a little to the left and do the same thing. You should feel your neck stretched in the right side
5. repeat step 4 by moving your head to the right.

Eye Cream
For normal eyes….no puffiness or lines or anything…just an everyday eye cream?
Preventage eyecream by Merle Norman is awesome. It will prevent fine lines and puffiness in the future. It is safe for sensitive eyes and has sunscreen in it.
